ResetWe decided to engage in transactions with everyone who had been transferred to the island.
The number of males with whom we have not yet established a relationship has dropped to just seven.
Since we were going out as a full party today, we stored away our base camp before departure.
This was because, in the unlikely event that we stepped outside the range of the Dream World's "Barrier Creation" ability, there was a risk of someone occupying our base.
Mighty well admit, however, that since everyone in the vicinity had become a trading partner with us, no one would be so foolhardy as to try an occupation at the expense of breaking a deal.
There was also the possibility of monsters destroying it.
Currently, this island was patrolled by Arvank, a vicious beaver, and Treeants, tree monsters.
Surely enough, it is uneasy to leave the base or supplies unattended.
"How do you propose we divide them up?"
Shouko asked.
Fenrir's Mashiro and Black Dragon's Mikron.
It meant asking who would transport whom.
"Um... should I have been transforming from the very beginning?"
Genchu asked in a meek voice.
She can use her [Transformation Ability] to change into a Phantasm as well.
"Mm. We should transform during training too."
"Once your proficiency increases, you'll be able to do more things, so I recommend transforming if Hange doesn't mind."
In response to Chinya and Shinhō's opinions, Hange nodded. "S-So that's how it is."
"I don't want you to force yourself, though."
To make it clear that she was free to refuse, I deliberately smiled.
Helping each other only works if it's voluntary; there's no point in feeling coerced.
"No, I'm fine. We need to practice flying anyway."
Hange clenched both fists tightly, psyching herself up.
In the next moment, her figure had shifted into a fluffy black dragon.
"!"
Immediately, Mikron wound around me, as if trying to assert dominance or keep an eye on things.
When he transformed into Fenrir, Mashiro showed interest, but in Mikron's case, this was the result.
"Hehaha, did you think Sōsuke was going to be taken away?"
Shōko laughed loudly.
Micron's actions struck me as adorable, prompting me to stroke the fur along her back.
"So, who's riding on Myaa?"
"Junna, watch your wording."
Yumezaki sharply corrected Shogabe's phrasing.
"My bad, my bad. But what else am I supposed to call it?"
"Something like 'carrying them,' or 'letting them ride on your back,' right? There are plenty of ways to put it."
"Seirina seems tsundere on the surface, but she's actually really solid in those kinds of details. I like that about her."
"Sorry, but as far as you're concerned, we're just friends and that's where it stops."
As Shogabe offered a sarcastic smile, Yumezaki cut him down with a completely straight face.
"I got rejected!"
Shogabe let his shoulders slump dramatically, drawing faint chuckles from the surrounding onlookers.
After some discussion, they agreed on the following arrangement for riding together:
Mashiro would ride with Moyoko, Fukaho, and Roa.
Micron would carry me, Luminas-sensei, and Chiyu.
Kuroryuu Kyu would carry Junna, Shion, and Yumezaki.
Miyo decided to have his close schoolmates ride on his back to keep the tension from building up.
Me and Tsukasa were set as a pair, while the rest of the spots were decided by rock-paper-scissors.
"Alright, let's go!"
On Shoushi’s signal, we set off.
◇
After traveling for a while.
"By the way, isn't Tsukasa basically the most overpowered one here?" Sōbu said while riding on Kurotatsu Miyo.
"Huh?
What's with the sudden question?"
Tsukasa tilted her head curiously.
"Well, if this were a game, everyone starts out walking, right? Horses are one thing, but dragons are usually something you get as a companion in the late game."
"Is that how it is? In the manga Sōsuke recommended, they kept recruiting companions left and right during the first half."
"Oh... well, Isekai comics and RPGs handle that differently." "Oh? Really?"
The charm of an Isekai story lies in being able to easily recruit beings who seem impossible to befriend at first glance.
As for games, it's nice to start slow, enjoying the scenery and streets on foot, before speeding up your travel in the later stages to focus on what you want to do.
"Maybe not having preconceptions was actually a good thing.
No matter how you look at it, the abilities granted on this island seem to be influenced by the person's own nature," Yumekai said.
She was busy snapping photos with her tablet.
These would be useful for making a map later on.
It seems she has been conditioned to consider her contributions to the party naturally.
I suppose we don't need to be thick as thieves, but it’s still nice to be able to open up to each other.
"Considering the size of this desert island, I also think that kind of mobility ranks among top-tier abilities."
"No way! You guys, Mairo and Mikron, are amazing! And Nyan too!"
Called out to suddenly, Kuroryugu Kei flinched in shock, and the three people riding with her clung on tight.
"Miau~"
Yumekai let out an unnaturally high-pitched voice. "Wait wait! Nyan!"
"I got a bit surprised when you praised me so suddenly, Nyan-chan."
Shoubei panicked, while Shion merely offered a wry smile.
Yumekai remained expressionless.
But I had heard the tiny scream, and seen something.
Yumekai, frantically flapping her hands as she nearly dropped her tablet.
It was kind of cute, but saying that to him directly would probably make him grumpy, so I’ll just keep it to myself.
"But yeah, I still think Soosuke's power is the strongest by far, though~"
Only after confirming the safety of all three did Shouko speak.
"Mm. Optimal for survival and development.
It was fortunate that my master wasn't so bad," Chiyu praised me promptly.
"Exactly! If he’d been a bad guy, we would have become 'boy' something or other."
Shouko responded, likely intending to say "tyrant."
"Hehe, truly.
It’s good that Souzuku is kind," Shiune nodded happily.
"Sensei also thinks Kuno is a fine young man."
There was a hint of pride in Sensei's demeanor.
She had the same look she gave when her students achieved excellent scores on tests.
"It would have been nice if everyone felt that way."
Fukaho, who had witnessed the unpleasant side of the men on this desert island, wore a rather troubled expression.
The two men who had caused trouble for Fukaho were remorseful and had received proper punishment.
However, that did not mean what they had done disappeared.
"It was fortunate to be picked up by our master."
The day Mashiro brought the washed-up Loa back feels like a distant memory now.
She claimed that being a maid had always been her dream, and on this desert island in another world, she decided to make it come true.
And just so happened that I was the one chosen as her master.
Her dedication to serving as a maid is so impeccable that I’ve stopped feeling any sense of unease about it recently.
"But if we're picking a King for the island, you'd be the number one candidate, wouldn't you?"
It was rare for Yume-kyo to say something like that.
"No, no, no..."
I chuckled weakly, but no other objections were raised.
The maid Loa had been supportive of me ruling the island from before, and none of the others seemed worried about me taking on the role of leader either.
I appreciate their trust, but I don't have much interest in being called King or Lord of the Island.
"It's unusual for Sera to say that, isn't it? Did you catch feelings for Kuono?"
It felt like an unexplainable tension swept through the women.
"I hate how you try to turn everything into a love story."
Muukai fixed Shobei with a sharp, glaring stare.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. So, as friends, are you feeling something?"
"Nah.
You're just saying that because you're building a harem like some kind of king," Shozu burst out laughing.
"Ahhahaha, that's true! You're definitely the one doing the most dirty stuff on this desert island! The Harem King!"
At her remark, four of his lovers blushed crimson, everyone except Chiyu.
Chiyu, for her part, remained perfectly composed. For my childhood friend, she had an absurdly strong mental fortitude.
I was feeling incredibly awkward myself, but since I couldn't deny the premise, I had no choice but to stay silent.
"It's not just that you're the top; aren't you actually the only one doing it?"
Muikai murmured.
By this point, the whereabouts of all the girls who had been dumped on this island were already known to everyone.
The girls were either with my group or with a female student named Sumiho Suzuka.
Since none of them were with any other male's group, Muikai might well be right.
Thinking about it that way, the situation was incredibly outrageous all over again.
"I wonder when they're going to start hitting on me?"
Makabe directed a mischievous grin at me as he said that.
"M-Mr. Makabe! While it's no mistake that Kuno is impressive, please choose your timing for sexual topics!"
Professor Luminescence shrieked.
She was standing directly behind me so I couldn't see her face, but she was surely turning red.
"Oh, Masi seems to have found the first person."
Thanks to Masi, this awkward conversation came to a temporary halt.
I had no choice but to focus on making my offer to the seven boys.
Before I knew it, I broke 80,000 points in overall rating!
Thank you as well to those who wrote reviews!

We decided to deal with everyone who had been transported to the island in the form of a trade.
There are now only seven males left who haven't established a relationship.
Since we're all going out today, we'll store our base before leaving.
In case we end up outside the range of the "Barrier Creation Ability" of the dream world, there's a possibility that someone else could take over our base.
Well, there are only people who have become our trading partners around here, so it's unlikely that anyone would attempt an unreasonable takeover just to reject our offer.
There's also the possibility that the base could be destroyed by monsters.
Right now, this island has a vicious beaver named Arvank and a wooden monster named Trent stationed on it.
It's not safe to leave our base or supplies here. "How should we split up?" the servant asks.
Fenrir's Mashiro and the black dragon Miron.
It's about who will have them take us to our respective destinations.
"Um... Should I just transform right from the start?"
Phantom asks in a soft voice.
She can transform into a phantasmal beast with her 'Transformation Ability.'
"Ah, I should transform for practice too."
"If you get more familiar with it, you can do more things, so if you're not against it, I recommend you transform."
Hanzou nods, saying, "Oh, right." "You don't have to force yourself."
I smile intentionally to let her know she can say no.
Helping each other out is good only if it's voluntary; it's pointless if it feels forced.
"No, it's fine. I have to practice flying, after all."
Hanzou clenched her fists tightly and got pumped up.
The next moment, her form changed into a fluffy black dragon. "!"
Immediately, Mikuron wrapped around me as if to restrain me.
While Fenrir's transformation had attracted Mashiro's interest, this was Mikuron's reaction.
"Haha, did you think I'd get taken?" The servant laughed.
I found Mikuron's behavior cute and stroked her fur.
"And who's going to ride on Mia?" "Rumeka, your wording."
Yumika briefly scolded Shoubu.
"Sorry, sorry. But how should I say it?"
"There are various ways to say it, like asking to be carried or to ride on someone's back."
"Seirina looks so aloof, but she's actually quite reliable in these situations. I like that."
"Sorry, but you're just a good friend to me."
Shoubu smiled smugly, but Yumika cut her off with a serious face. "Rejected."
Shoubu dramatically slumped her shoulders, and there was a faint laugh from the surrounding people.
After discussing it, we decided to split up as follows:
Masiro would ride with Shouko, Shinbo, and Roa.
I would ride with Mikuron, Lumina, and Chiyu.
Rumeka, Shion, and Yumika would ride with Kuroryuujou.
I decided to have the people I was close to at school ride on my back so that I wouldn't get too tense.
Mio and I were fixed, and the rest was decided by a game of rock-paper-scissors. "Then, let's go."
With Mio's command, we set off.
"Actually, isn't Mio the one who's the most cheating?" Shu said, riding on the black dragon, Miyose. "Huh? What's wrong?" Mio tilted her head.
"Well, if this were a game, everyone would start off walking, right? Even if you get a horse, dragons are usually only added as companions in the final stages."
"Really? In the manga I was recommended by Tsunetsugu, I got a lot of companions early on."
"Oh... In other-worldly comics and RPGs, it's different."
"There's something nice about being able to make a powerful being a companion so easily."
In games, you can enjoy the scenery and town at the beginning by walking, and in the second half, you can speed up your movement and focus on what you want to do.
"Maybe it was good that I didn't have any preconceptions. The abilities given to us on this island seem to be influenced by our personalities." Musui said.
She was taking pictures with her tablet.
These pictures would be used later to make a map.
It seems they're thinking about how to contribute to the party naturally.
I don't think we have to be best friends, but it's nice to have them open up to us.
"I think this mobility is top-notch considering the size of this desert island."
"Really? That's amazing, Mashiro and Mikuron! And Mia!"
Kuroryuu Miyako flinched when suddenly called, and the three people riding her grabbed on tightly. "Myaah."
The Dream World let out a high-pitched voice different from usual. "Chu-chu! Mia!"
"You were surprised by the sudden praise, Mia-chan."
Zoubu was flustered, while Shion just smiled wryly. The Dream World remained expressionless.
But I heard a small scream and saw something.
Dream World was flapping her hands frantically to prevent dropping the tablet.
It's kind of cute, but I think she'd get upset if I told her, so I'll keep it to myself.
"But I still think Sou's power is the greatest."
After confirming their safety, Shouji spoke up.
"Ah. Survival and development are optimal. It's fortunate that my master is such a good person." Chiyu immediately praised me.
"That's right! If he were a bad guy, you'd be a boy doll."
Shouji, who responded, probably wanted to say "tyrant."
"Haha, that's true. It's good that Souma-kun is kind." Shion nodded happily.
"Ms. Teacher also thinks that Kono-kun is excellent." Ms. Teacher looks somewhat proud.
She looks like she does when her student gets a good grade on a test.
"But it would be nice if everyone were like that."
Deepo, who had seen the unpleasant sides of the boys on this desert island, had a somewhat difficult expression.
The two boys who had caused her trouble were already regretting it, and had received proper punishment.
But that doesn't mean what they did disappears.
"It was fortunate that I was picked up by my master."
The day Mashiro found Roa passed out is now a nostalgic memory.
She, who had dreamed of being a maid, decided to fulfill that dream on this desert island in another world.
And so, I was chosen as her master.
Her maid service has become so natural that I no longer feel out of place.
"But if we're going to choose an island king, Kojiya would be the top candidate, wouldn't he?"
Dream World rarely says such things. "N-no way..."
I give a wry smile, but no one else objects.
Roas, who has been a maid from the start, is very supportive of me ruling the island, and the others seem to have no qualms about me being the leader.
I'm grateful for their trust, but I'm not particularly interested in being a king or island lord.
"But it's rare for you to say something like that, Seirina. Did you fall for Kojiya?"
I felt a strange tension among the women.
"I hate it when you try to connect everything to love." Dream World glares at Makeup.
「Sorry, sorry. So you like me as a friend?」
「Not really. I was just saying that since I'm building a harem like a king.」 Suihe blew out a laugh.
「Hahaha, you're right! You're definitely the one who's the most perverted on this desert island! The King of the Harem!」
The four lovers, excluding Senyuu, blushed at the statement.
Senyuu, however, was rather proud. She was my childhood friend, but her mental strength was too strong.
I found it extremely awkward, but since I couldn't deny it, I had no choice but to stay silent.
「Not just the most, but the only one.」 Muuki muttered.
The whereabouts of the girls who were sent to this island were already clear to everyone.
The girls were either my companions or companions of the girl named Seiha Ryouka.
There were no girls who were companions of the other boys, so Muuki might be right.
Thinking about it, it was an amazing situation.
「I wonder when I'll be touched.」
Suzuki gives me a mischievous smile and says that.
"M-Miss Suzuki! While it's true that Kouno-kun is a fine young man, please choose your timing when discussing sexual topics!" Lumina-sensei shouts.
She's standing right behind me, so I can't see her face, but I'm sure she's blushing.
"Ah, Mashiro seems to have found someone."
Thanks to Mashiro, this awkward conversation came to an end.
I need to focus on making the offer to the seven boys.
I didn't realize it, but I've already surpassed a total evaluation of 80,000 points!
Thank you to everyone who has left a review! I'll be updating again tomorrow!!!
